Objective

To create a Job preemptive redeployment scheme, in order to make informed decisions appropriate for economic needs to provide development and implementation of the policy. The labor market transformation preemptive system will provide easy and transparent information on skills and professions demanded in both short, as well as and medium and long-term, as well as information on learning opportunities, which will facilitate future career choices of users.

Activities

During project implementation the following steps will be implemented:
  • A study on the labor market transformation preemptive system development, and on the link between market forecasts and working policies has been carried out;
  • A short-term labor market forecasting methodology, including short-term projections on a skills perspective and guidance for methodology users has been provided;
  • Five employer surveys for renewing for labour market short-term forecasts have been carried out;
  • Technical specification for the creation of labour supply and demand projections in the display platform (including a medium and long-term forecasting and analysis tool visual solution (prototype)) has been created;
Informational and training measures for employment policy development and implementation for the employees and officials of involved institutions have been implemented.

Employment policy development and implementation institutions involved;
State Employment Agency officials and employees;
officials and employees of the Ministry of Economics.

Expected results

Outcome indicators: document necessary for the labour market pre-emptive rearrangement system - 3;
Result indicator: a labor market transformation preemptive system has been established.
