Consultations

"ESF Plus Project No. 4.3.3.2/1/24/I/002 “Measures to Promote Inclusive Employment”

The State Employment Agency provides consultations to employers or their designated representatives on the employment of persons with disabilities. The consultation includes information on the following topics:

• The specifics of communication and employment of persons with disabilities according to the type of disability (mobility, vision, hearing, intellectual disabilities, including communication with individuals with intellectual disabilities, etc.);
• Reducing communication barriers and stereotypes within the workplace;
• Conflict and problem-solving strategies;
• Other relevant issues related to promoting the employment of persons with disabilities.

Who can apply?

Any legal entity or individual with the right to employ, or their designated representative.

Consultations are held online.

The consultations are led by a professional consultant – a specialist in the employment of persons with disabilities.

Duration of the consultation – 3 hours.

Consultations are organized if at least 6 employers have applied.
