Employers' meetings with jobseekers

• Employer registers vacancies on the SEA CV and vacancies portal
  • 📌 Vacancies must be up to date on the day of the meeting
• The employer applies for holding a meeting by contacting the SEA staff

• The employer and the SEA employee agree on

  • ONLINE MEETING (on the ZOOM platform) or
  • IN-PERSON MEETINGS (held at an SEA branch or employer)

          the date and time of the meeting, the text and visual design of the publication

• The SEA informs jobseekers about the upcoming meetings with employers during the consultations, and the information is published on the SEA website's Latvian version in the "Calendar of events" and "News" sections, on the SEA social network accounts - Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
• Jobseekers apply for a meeting by filling in the application form electronically on the SEA website
• During the meeting, the employer presents their company, presents the job offer and the application procedure, and answers jobseekers' questions
• After the meeting, participants give feedback on the meeting by filling in a questionnaire
