During a group career consultation, a career consultant provides information on a specific topic related to job searching, career planning or professional development. Participants actively take part in the group session by asking questions and sharing their experiences.

Group career consultations are available both in person and remotely at all State Employment Agency branches and customer service centres.

  • What to look for and how to select the most suitable job vacancies;
  • How to assess whether your skills and experience meet the stated requirements.

  • Which questions are most commonly asked in job interviews and how to answer them;
  • About your rights and the employer’s rights during a job interview.

Duration of the consultation: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

You will learn:

  • About medium- and long-term labour market forecasts, current unemployment figures and the latest labour market developments;
  • Which occupations are expected to experience an increase or decrease in demand for workers;
  • About the most common barriers and challenges encountered when looking for work and how to overcome them.
